This is my favorite dish!! My Mom use to make this for us and now I make it for my family! I usually make one large dish and then a smaller one, in hopes it will last a couple days! Since I'm watching my DVR'd shows today I thought my homemade mac n' cheese would be a great picture! If anyone wants the recipe let me know. Just to warn you it is a bit greasy! Maybe using low fat cheese would help!
