Day 88 ~The Workings...

My sister has a beautiful grandfather clock in her house. One side is missing the glass. I was watching the workings of the inside. I thought it made a good picture...

Out of Town ~ Happy Easter!!

I've been in Reno since Thursday evening. I've taken many pictures this weekend and I can't wait to get home to upload them and check them out. Yesterday I took 110 photos of my sisters friend who is pregnant. I did a make shift studio in my sisters house and used just the natural light coming through the window. I'm really impressed with myself seeing that I have never done portraits like that before. We all had a lot of fun which made it easier! I can't wait to share them with all of you!

The kids had a blast finding the eggs, although the two Easter bunnys had a little too much fun lastnight and we were having a hard time remembering where we put them! LOL! I was heading back home today but mother nature has a different plan. It's snowing in the mountains, so I will be leaving at 4am tomorrow. Blah! If I didn't have things to do tomorrow I would just stay the week. I love hanging out with my Sister!

Day 87

This is my first attempt to selective coloring! Ouch..not so good. Maybe I should try it with something that doesn't have so many different lines.

Day 86 ~ Moooooo

There are a heard of cattle behind my house. I have the pleasure of listening to them mooooo and to smell their crap!! I know, I'm weird! I was trying to get a shot of one of them giving birth, I was so excited I couldn't stop shaking and not one of the photos were in focus! Grrr! Then my dogs got out so I had to go chase them around and I missed the birth. The guys were out in the field watching her so I'm sure she will be popping that calf out sometime soon!! :)

Day 85 ~

Well, I'm still working on converting color to black and white. I hope someday I don't have to read it out of a book and I can just know exactly what slider needs to be put where!!!
