Yep...more flowers!
After laying flat on my back all day yesterday and sleeping on the floor last night I'm finally up! My daughter cracked me up yesterday!! She came home from school and walked in the door and said "Oh no Mom, you broke your back again, can I sleep on the floor too?" She's is so cute! I hopefully will have an appt with the Spine Institute soon.

These shots are cool! They look three-dimensional somehow. I had spine surgery about 10 years ago. Been good ever since!
